Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Primarch SEO ("Primarch SEO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at www.primarchseo.com and our SEO, listings management, and reporting services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Primarch SEO is an SEO consultancy based in Canton, Michigan, United States, operating as a sole proprietorship of Barry Boggs. We provide multi-location SEO, listings management, and reporting services to businesses operating many locations across the US. You can reach us at barry@primarchseo.com or (734) 386-0257 regarding this policy or your data.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the Services:
- Information you provide. Your name, email address, company, and any details you share when you contact us, book a call, request a listings audit, or engage our Services.
- Scheduling information. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) processes the details you submit to confirm the appointment.
- Client location data. When you engage us, you grant Primarch SEO delegated access to the business listings, analytics, and search data for your locations so we can perform the Services. This includes location details such as business name, address, phone number, hours, categories, attributes, website URLs, photos, posts, and customer reviews across Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, and Bing Places.
- Usage and device data. Standard log information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the website.
3. Google user data and the Google Business Profile API
Primarch SEO manages Google Business Profile listings on behalf of client locations. To do this, a client grants us delegated access to its Business Profile locations, either by adding Primarch SEO as a manager of its business group or individual locations, or by having an authorized representative approve access through Google's standard OAuth consent flow. We access the Google Business Profile API and related Google APIs only under that delegated access, and only for the client locations covered by the engagement.
What we access
With that authorization, we may read and update information associated with the client's locations, including location details (name, address, phone, hours, categories, attributes, and website), posts, photos, customer reviews, and performance metrics. We request only the API scopes needed to manage listings and produce reporting.
How we use it
We use Google user data solely to deliver the Services the client has engaged us for: keeping location data accurate and consistent across the client's listings, publishing approved updates, responding to reviews where the client has asked us to, and producing reporting on listing performance. We use internal tooling to carry out these tasks reliably across many locations. That tooling is operated by Primarch SEO and is not offered to clients or third parties as a product. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Client visibility
Where a client requests it, we may provide the client with read-only reporting built from its own location data. We never display one client's data to another client.
How we share it
We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide the Services the client has requested, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition in which the data remains subject to this policy. We do not share Google user data with third parties for their own purposes.
Limited Use disclosure
Primarch SEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
We store authorization tokens and the minimum Google user data needed to perform the Services in access-controlled systems, and we protect it with encryption in transit and access controls. We retain that data only for the duration of the client engagement. When an engagement ends, or when a client revokes our access (through its Google account permissions, by removing Primarch SEO as a manager, or by contacting us), we delete the associated Google user data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
Where a prospective client grants temporary manager access so that we can perform a listings audit before any engagement, we access only the locations included in the audit sample, use the data only to produce the audit report, and delete it within 30 days of delivering the report. The prospective client may remove our access at any time.
4. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- To communicate with you, respond to inquiries, and schedule consultations;
- To manage client listings and produce the SEO analysis and reporting you have engaged us to deliver;
- To secure the Services and prevent fraud or abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, which sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, and device type under Google's privacy policy. Third-party tools we embed (such as the scheduling widget on the contact page) may set their own cookies under their respective privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on.
6. Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the Services, including website hosting, scheduling (Cal.com), and email delivery. These providers process information only on our behalf and are bound to protect it. They are not permitted to use Google user data for their own purposes.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect the information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to it.
8. Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may revoke any access you have granted to your Google or business data at any time. To exercise these rights, email barry@primarchseo.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
11. Contact us
