Free listings audit

A listings audit for your whole footprint.

Primarch SEO checks a sample of your locations across Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, and Bing Places and sends a written report of what is wrong and what it would take to fix it. The standard audit needs no account access. Grant temporary manager access and it goes considerably deeper. No obligation either way.

Coverage

What the audit checks

Each sampled location is compared against your website and against its own listing on the other two platforms.

01

Accuracy

Whether each listing matches the location information on your website.

  • Name, address, and phone
  • Hours and holiday hours
  • Website, appointment, and tracking URLs
02

Consistency across platforms

Where Google, Apple, and Bing disagree with each other for the same location.

  • Category and attribute drift
  • Conflicting hours or phone numbers
  • Locations present on one platform and missing on another
03

Listing health

The problems that build up quietly across a large footprint.

  • Duplicate listings
  • Locations missing from one or more platforms
  • Closed or acquired locations still live
04

Reviews and engagement

How the footprint looks to a customer comparing locations.

  • Rating and review count spread across locations
  • Owner responses on recent reviews
  • Photo coverage per listing
Two levels

Standard or full

Both are free and cover the same sample. The difference is whether Primarch can see the profile from the inside.

STANDARD

Public data only

No account access. Each sampled location is checked from the outside, the way a customer or a search engine sees it, and compared against your website.

  • Everything in the four coverage areas above
  • No setup on your side beyond the form
  • Report within five business days
FULL

With temporary manager access

You add Primarch SEO as a manager on the sampled Google Business Profile locations. Access is removed when the report is delivered. The audit then covers what is invisible from outside.

  • Verification status: verified, pending, suspended, or disabled
  • Service area configuration compared against your territory map
  • Google-suggested edits and pending updates nobody has acted on
  • Full review history with response rates and lag
  • Calls, direction requests, and website clicks per location
  • Which account controls each location
Request

Request your audit

Five fields and one checkbox. A report within five business days.

Submissions are handled under the privacy policy and used only to run and deliver the audit.

FAQ

Questions about the audit

Is the audit really free?
Yes. It covers a sample of up to 25 locations and there is no obligation. If you want the full footprint audited, or the findings fixed, that is what the managed listings service is for.
Do you need access to our accounts?
Not for the standard audit, which uses publicly visible listing data compared against your website. The full audit needs temporary manager access to the sampled locations on Google Business Profile. You add Primarch SEO as a manager, the audit runs, and access is removed when the report is delivered. Data gathered under that access is deleted within 30 days. Apple and Bing are checked from public data in both versions.
How long does it take?
Most reports go out within five business days. Larger or messier footprints can take a little longer, and you will be told up front if that is the case.
Who sees the information we submit?
Only Primarch SEO. Form submissions are used to run and deliver the audit and to follow up with you about it. They are handled under the privacy policy and are not shared or sold.
What happens after the report?
You get the report and a short call to walk through it if you want one. What you do with it is up to you: hand it to your team, hand it to your agency, or ask Primarch to take the listings on.
