Managed listings

Managed listings for every location you operate.

Primarch SEO manages Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, and Bing Places listings on behalf of your locations under delegated access. Priced per location per month. You keep ownership. The upkeep stops being your team's problem.

Scope

What is covered

Listings are treated as location data with a single source of truth. Every platform is kept consistent with it.

01

Platforms

The three listings that decide whether a location appears in maps and local results. Managed together so a change made once reaches all of them.

  • Google Business Profile
  • Apple Business Connect
  • Bing Places for Business
02

Location data

Everything a customer or a search engine reads from the listing, checked against your source of truth and corrected where it drifts.

  • Name, address, phone, and service areas
  • Hours, holiday hours, and temporary closures
  • Categories, attributes, and descriptions
  • Website, appointment, and tracking URLs
03

Reviews and posts

Reviews monitored across every location. Responses written under guidelines you approve. Posts and photos published on the schedule you set.

  • Review monitoring and response
  • Policy-violating reviews flagged for removal
  • Posts and photo updates by location or region
04

Listing health and cleanup

The problems that accumulate across a large footprint: duplicates, suspensions, unverified locations, and listings nobody knew existed.

  • Duplicate detection and merge requests
  • Suspension reinstatement
  • Verification follow-through for new and acquired locations
Delegated access

How access works

Primarch acts on your listings as an authorized manager. Ownership never moves.

01

You grant access

You add Primarch SEO as a manager on your Google Business Profile business group, and grant the equivalent role on Apple Business Connect and Bing Places. Your account stays the owner.

02

Baseline audit

Every location is compared against your source of truth. Discrepancies, duplicates, suspensions, and unverified listings are documented and fixed, and the report becomes the starting baseline.

03

Ongoing upkeep

Changes are applied and verified across every location on an agreed cadence. Reporting arrives monthly. You can revoke access at any time and the associated data is deleted within 30 days.

Why this holds up at hundreds of locations

Editing listings by hand works up to about twenty locations. Past that, hours drift, categories diverge between platforms, and acquired locations arrive with duplicates and suspended profiles nobody has time to chase.

Primarch uses internal tooling built for this work. Every change is applied and then verified against the source of truth across all locations, so a holiday-hours update or a category change lands everywhere and can be checked. The tooling is operated by Primarch. There is no dashboard for your team to learn and no seat licenses.

What you receive is accurate listings on every platform and a monthly report that says what changed. Read-only access to that reporting is available on request.

FAQ

Questions about managed listings

Do we lose ownership of our Google Business Profile?
No. Primarch SEO is added as a manager under delegated access. You remain the owner of every location and business group, and you can remove access at any time from your Google account.
What happens with suspended, duplicate, or unverified listings?
They are handled as part of the baseline and the ongoing work: reinstatement requests for suspensions, merge or removal requests for duplicates, and verification follow-through for locations that were never verified.
Can our regional managers still edit listings?
Yes, although one source of truth works best. Changes made outside the agreed process are reconciled against that source of truth during regular checks, so a well-meaning local edit does not quietly undo a corporate decision.
Do you respond to reviews?
Where you want it, yes, under response guidelines you approve. Reviews that violate platform policy are flagged for removal. Reviews that need an operational answer are routed to the person you designate.
What do we receive each month?
A per-location listing health report covering accuracy against your source of truth, changes made, review volume and response times, and Business Profile performance. Read-only access to the reporting is available on request.
How is it priced?
Per location per month. The rate depends on the number of locations and the platforms covered, and it is confirmed in the scope document before work starts.
